Zeremis® Carbon Lite is an indepently validated reduced carbon steel solution developed to help you achieve your short-term carbon reduction targets and to substantiate your green brand.
Zeremis® Carbon Lite opens up the opportunity for you to undertake decarbonisation initiatives within your value chain. This flexible solution allows you to choose CO2 savings to match your CO2 reduction targets.
Zeremis® Delivered offers a range of zero-emission logistics solutions covering road, rail and waterways that enable you to lower the carbon footprint of your inbound logistic network so you can reduce your scope 3 emissions.
The first Zeremis® Delivered solution is book & claim. This declaration-based solution, uses HVO 100 instead of conventional diesel to fuel trucks and offers a 90 percent reduction in CO2e intensity.
Tata Steel Europe's first downstream processing sites at Naantali, Finland and Halmstad, Sweden, and our service centre at Gelsenkirchen, Germany, are already carbon neutral.
By 2030, we aim to have all our downstream sites CO2 neutral for scope 1 and 2 emissions.

Carbon savings derived from these recent decarbonisation projects at Tata Steel Nederland are compiled in our central carbon bank. By drawing credits from this bank, we are able to offer green steel products with carbon declarations verified by a third party. This means that we can unlock decarbonisation potential that lets you take immediate action on climate change.
